Cílem projektu je navázat na úspěšně realizovaný projekt Zvýšení uplatnitelnosti mladých lidí na trhu práce ve Zlínském a nadále podporovat CS.  Aktivity jsou na základě zkušeností a provedené analýzy CS koncipovány tak, aby jí umožnily orientovat se na trhu práce a v požadavcích firem Zlín. kraje. Byly zvoleny také na základě konzultací s partnery Paktu zaměstnanosti ve Zlín. kraji, doplňují se s aktivitami ÚP a jejich cílem je zaměstnání osob ve věku 15-24 let a jejich uplatnění na trhu práce.

Project annotation:

The aim of the project is to follow up on a successful project Increase of the employability of young people in the labour market in the Zlín Region and to continue to support the target group. Based on the experience and the analysis of the target group, the activities are designed to enable the project participants to be better informed about the situation on the labour market and about requirements of the companies located in the Zlin Region. The activities were chosen after consultation with the partners of the Employment Pact in the Zlín Region, they complement the activities of the Labour Office and their aim is to employ people aged 15-24 and increase their employability in the labour market.
